(Paris) -- The "B" sample turned in by Tour de France winner Floyd Landis has tested positive for excessive levels testosterone.
The BBC reports the analysis of Landis` "B" sample took place at a French laboratory in the presence of his Spanish attorney and experts from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and the International Cycling Union.
