Arena Football Returns to Lubbock

The new management of the Lubbock Arena-2 football team, will be holding a press conference this Wednesday at Buffalo Wild Wings at 2:30pm. The announcement will involve the team`s name, which is expected to be the Lubbock Renegades. Former Red Raider Rodney Blackshear is expected to be named the team`s head coach. The new ownership will involve a team of local businessmen. Two of them include former Red Raider Football player, Bart Reagor, and former Tech Football Coach, Rick Dykes. The team will also announce on Wednesday some of the players, which believe to be some former Red Raiders.
