mciverfolo2008-03-20-1206066417.jpgNew details have been released in the murder of 19-year-old Bradford McIvor.

Police believe the suspect was injured while struggling with McIver in his North Lubbock apartment.

Evidence leads police to believe the injuries were serious enough that medical treatment may have been sought.

LPD is asking any local medical staff that may have treated someone with injuries with a suspicious story to contact police immediately.

Lt. Jon Caspell of LPD said it is also possible that the suspect could have attempted to treat the wounds at home, and a friend or family member of the suspected killer may know something.
