Lady Raiders Get Second Straight Win

LUBBOCK, Texas - Chesley Dabbs scored 20 points, including her final seven shots from the field, to lead Texas Tech to a 79-67 victory over Oral Roberts Thursday night. LaVonda Henderson scored 13 and Erin Myrick added 12 for the Lady Raiders (8-3). Alesha Robertson had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Tech led 40-39 at the half. The Lady Raiders took a 55-52 lead with 10:16 left in the second half on a basket by Patrice Edwards. Tech then began to slowly pull away and had their biggest lead of the night with 2:12 left at 76-63. Jenny Hardin led the Golden Eagles (6-3) with 27 points, including three 3-pointers. Elisha Turek scored 17 points. Hardin got 12 of her points in the first half.
