SEXOFF.ORDINANCE-VO2008-04-01-1207107302.jpgLast week, the City Council approved a measure that will force sex offenders to live at least 1000 feet away from schools and parks. While many applaud the action, some say its not enforcable and it could encourage some offenders to not register. Some parents say they would like to see more emphasis placed on more jail time than zoning ordinances.
