The investigation into the allegations of physical and sexual abuse continues at the YZF Ranch near Eldorado.

Senator Robert Duncan's district extends to both Schleicher and Tom Green Counties.  Senator Duncan says the case will cost a great deal of money, but he is confident the state will help out.

Senator Duncan says they are trying to ensure this case is handled delicately because it deals with so many legal and constitutional issues.

"The bottom line is that the kids need to be out of that environment and they need to be in a safe environment.  Hopefully we are accomplishing that right now,” says Senator Robert Duncan.

The state now has temporary custody of over 400 children from the compound.
