Recipe: 1 or more rack of baby back ribs (peel the membrane off of the back);
salt/pepper to taste;
place uncovered on a steaming rack with water bath underneath;
back one hour @325 degrees.
Take ribs from oven and mop generously with any brand/flavor BBQ sauce (I use Kraft Original) and seal the ribs in the pan;
Place ribs back in the 325 degree oven with the water bath on a lower rack and back without opening for one hour.
These are tender (water bath/steam) and ready to eat.
