MOREAAGPAPERS-SOTVO.tran2008-05-27-1211941238.jpgAccording to News Radio 1420 and sources, a confidential Lubbock City Council agenda was leaked and put in the hands of Ted Parker of AAG.

Parker is referred to in the FBI's City Hall search warrant.

The agenda included bid information that indicated Blue Cross Blue Shield was a better financial choice, and that the City of Lubbock should make a deal with them as opposed to it's then current provider AAG.

Documents pertaining to contract bids are confidential under Texas law to assure fairness in the process.

If a past or present council member is named, there is the possibility of criminal charges.
