Convergys Seeks 600 Employees in Lubbock, Texas

Interested candidates from throughout the Lubbock area are invited to attend an on-site Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 12 at Convergys, 3701 West Loop 289 in Lubbock. New employees will provide customer service and technical support for a Convergys client in the cable/satellite industry.
"These positions are ideally suited to anyone who appreciates the importance of building strong customer relationships while helping resolve a caller's inquiries or concerns," said Shari Barnes, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Lubbock. "In addition, these positions also require some technical knowledge of a variety of products and services, so we're looking for candidates with excellent troubleshooting skills.
