Police are searching for two suspects accused of using a "quick change" scam to steal hundreds of dollars from the Wal-mart in Southwest Lubbock.
Police say it happened on June 14th to a clerk at the Wal-mart at 6315 82nd Street.  They say two men confused the clerk by asking her repeatedly to make their large bills into smaller bills and she ended up handing over hundreds of dollars to them that wasn't theirs.
The suspects are both described as black men about 6' tall, weighing about 220 pounds.  They both have black hair and larger builds.  They were last seen leaving the Wal-mart parking lot in a late model silver or gray Toyota Camry.  Police ask if you know anything about this scam to call the Crimeline at 741-1000.
