Two Texas Tech professors are playing a big role in dismantling the last of Saddam Husseins nuclear program. Professors Ron Chesser and Carl Philipps first went to the Ukraine to give Iraqi scientists hands-on training in nuclear safety procedures. The training took place in an abandoned city near Chernobyl, where a nuclear reactor exploded back in 1986.
